I2Still, pot or alquitar in copper, 1.50 m high and 70 cm wide. Composed of two containers, one of them rounded with a handle on each side that extends into a funneled channel, on which another container in the form of a boiler rests, with two opposite outlets, one on each side. It was used for the distillation of brandy.

 

 

H2– Traditional copper serpentine still, 90 cm high and 60 cm in diameter, consisting of the boiler, swan neck and serpentine. It was used for the distillation of pomace.

 

 

J2 Stone weight that has a wooden threaded spindle that crosses a wooden rod that, horizontally, covers the mill. Manual rotation of the weight moves the rod that crushes the stems of the grapes, making the wine flow through a spout to a stone sink where it is transferred to the barrels.
